Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on Domestic orders.
Orders place Monday thru Friday before 2pm will begin processing that day. excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 days. Orders placed after Friday at 2pm will be shipped the following week. Qute by Stephania Quartararo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the even that a package is lost in transit, we will try our best to help you recover and track down your package.
Especial orders take between 2 to 3 weeks to ship.
Shipping Errors/ Damaged Products
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.
We recommend that our Toquilla Straw products are not expose to rain or other contact with water. In case your hat or bag gets wet let the hat or bag dry naturally on a flat surface. do NOT fold.
Returns
You may return new, unused merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of receiving the item.
